sbo222 Atletico Madrid returned to winning ways in style by easing past Celta Vigo in a 3-0 win to reduce the gap to league leaders Barcelona to eight points.

Diego Simeone's side saw their six-match league winning run ended by a Lionel Messi goal in the clash between La Liga's top two teams at the Nou Camp last week, and Atleti struggled to break down the Celta defence for long spells of the first half.

However, Antoine Griezmann stepped up to score the opener and assisted another as the second-placed side did not look back after the restart.

The Frenchman produced a great reverse pass to find Vitolo in the penalty area, and he chipped the onrushing Ruben Blanco to double Atleti's lead before Angel Correa rounded the scoring four minutes after coming on as a substitute with a powerful strike.

Espanyol extended their unbeaten run in La Liga to seven games as they came from behind to beat Real Sociedad 2-1 at RCDE Stadium. sbo222

The visitors snatched a 41st-minute lead when Willian Jose fired home his fifth goal in the last six league games.

But Espanyol drew level early in the second half when Leo Baptistao latched onto a neat ball from Esteban Granero to make it 1-1.

The home side grabbed the winner in the 51st minute when Gerard Moreno was fouled in the box by Real 'keeper Jose Angel Moya and picked himself up to squeeze home the resulting penalty.

Las Palmas remain in the relegation places after losing 2-0 at home to Villarreal, whose victory maintains their bid for European football next season.

After a goalless first half, Carlos Bacca fired the visitors into the lead midway through the second period after being played in by Pablo Fornals.

And the Yellow Submarine made sure of the win in the last minute when Alejandro Galvez was sent off for bringing down Nicola Sansone in the area, with Sansone converting the resulting penalty.

Raul Garcia scored both goals as Athletic Bilbao dropped anchor in mid-table with a 2-0 home win over Leganes. Oscar de Marcos set up Garcia for the opener in the 10th minute and the former Atletico Madrid midfielder doubled up just seven minutes later after pouncing on a loose ball. sbo222

sbobet asian Despite Cristiano Ronaldo's red-hot goalscoring form in the Champions League, Bayern Munich forward Sandro Wagner believes his side do not need to fear the Real Madrid man.
Recently crowned Bundesliga champions Bayern take on Madrid in the semifinals of the Champions League with the first leg scheduled to take place at the Allianz Arena in Munich, Germany, on April 26 later this month as the German side look to reach the final for the first time since 2013.

However, they will face a rampant Madrid side who while disappointing in La Liga, continue to stamp their mark in the Champions League, recently getting past Juventus 4-3 on aggregate in the quarterfinals.

Spearheading their quest for a remarkable third straight European crown is Ronaldo with 27 goals in his last 15 games for club and country as well as 15 goals in 10 Champions League games this season, three of which came in the two legs against Juventus.

The Portugal captain also played a role in two of Bayern's Champions League exits in the last four years as he notably scored five goals in two games in last year's quarterfinal clash between the two European giants.

While full of praise for Ronaldo, Wagner is more than confident in the Bundesliga side's defense and their ability to contain him in the upcoming fixtures, especially with Bayern conceding just 22 goals in 30 league games and eight in 10 Champions League games this season.Despite Cristiano Ronaldo's red-hot goalscoring form in the Champions League, Bayern Munich forward Sandro Wagner believes his side do not need to fear the Real Madrid man. sbobet asian

AC Milan appeal Europa League ban over Financial Fair Play regulations

สมัคร บอล AC Milan will fight their ban from next season's Europa League competition following an investigation of the club's finances. The governing body revealed the suspension on Wednesday afternoon having looked into whether the Italian club had complied with the Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations, in particular, the break-even requirement.A UEFA statement read: "The club is excluded from participating in the next UEFA club competition for which it would otherwise qualify."

สมัคร บอล Milan, who finished sixth in Serie A last season, qualified for next season's Europa League and so the ban would stop them from playing in that competition. However, later on Wednesday evening the Italian club announced they would appeal against the ban to the CAS."AC Milan has instructed its legal team to appeal the decision before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, seeking for a prompt review of the ruling," AC Milan said.

"AC Milan fully trusts the CAS will hear its arguments and will refrain from commenting further pending the arbitration."Milan are reported to have argued their finances are now stable as a result of their takeover by Li Yonghong last year but UEFA has still acted. Before the verdict, Milan released a video on Twitter saying they expected "fairness, rulings based on facts and equal rules for all" from UEFA.

สมัคร บอล The statement said the club are "ready to pay for the errors made in the past" and "have the utmost respect for the rules, but we expect equality".The punishment could increase speculation over the futures of goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma and defender Leonardo Bonucci, who have persistently been linked with moves away from the San Siro.
